The Executive Session will be called to order under ORS 192.660(2)(i)), "To evaluate employee performance" and ORS 192.660(2)(e) "To conduct deliberations with persons designated to negotiate real property transactions. Needs to be related to a specific transaction - not general discussions about property or facilities." Representatives of the media will be asked to keep information discussed in this meeting confidential.
