Description:
Chairman McElrath will present the follow donation for Board acceptance:
1. Aircat Volleyball machine for the Mac-Hi Volleyball program, valued at $3,975.00. 2. The Umatilla County Sheriffs Department donated 20 school backpacks filled with school supplies to the Milton Freewater School District. 3. Key Club received $500 for the Backpack/food program from Blue Mountain Community Foundation. POSSIBLE MOTION: I MOVE TO (ACCEPT/NOT ACCEPT) THE DONATION(S), AS PRESENTED.

7.2. Surplus Items
Description:
Dr. Clark will ask the Board to declare the following items as surplus in order to dispose of the property. Sealed bids will be accepted.
1. A 5 foot PTO driven mower deck, for a Ford rear steering tractor. The mower deck has not been used in over 20 years. 2. The District Bus 5. It is a 2005 Bluebird with 200,000 miles that recently broke down and will cost between $3,000 to $8,000 to repair. 3. The District Bus 26. It is a 1998 Bluebird with 240,000 miles that is in need of repairs. 3. Delta Table Saw serial #98 H 82063 MFSD #001506 used at the high school. 4. Convection/Pizza Oven from Ferndale.
