4.1. Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC)
Description:
The District went through the evaluation process for the three Construction Manager/General
Contractor (CM/GC) proposals received. The three proposals received were from Absher Construction Company, Kirby Nagelhout Construction Company (KNCC), and a joint venture between Opp and Seibold and Jackson Contractor Group of Missoula, Montana. The evaluation committee, consisting of Rob Clark, David Marshall, Tina Kain, Ami Muilenburg, Aaron Duff, Denyce Kelly, and Tim Sprenger reviewed the three proposals and came to the scoring decision that KNCC was the unanimous highest ranked proposer. Given the scoring results, the Evaluation Committee made the decision to forego the interview process and proceed with a recommendation to hire KNCC. POSSIBLE MOTION: I do hereby make a motion to recommend for hire Kirby Nagelhout Construction Company (KNCC) for Construction Manager/General Contractor for the 2016 Bond Projects. |

Dr. Clark will recommend the following new licensed probationary staff for 2016-2017:
1. Joanna Leusca, 1st grade teacher at Grove 2. Trevor Hancock, 4th grade teacher at Freewater POSSIBLE MOTION: I MOVE TO (APPROVE/NOT APPROVE) THE PROBATIONARY CONTRACTS FOR NEW LICENSED STAFF, AS PRESENTED. |
