Description:
The Executive Session will be called to order under ORS 192.660(2)(c), "to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions", ORS 332.061(1) "to review and evaluate the performance of an employee or staff member", and ORS 192(600(2)(h) to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed". Representatives of the media will be asked to keep information discussed in this meeting confidential.
