Description:  Dr. Clark will present the following resignations for Board acceptance:
1.  Luanne Baumann, BESST room teacher at Freewater Elementary, effective June 24, 2014;
2.  Connie Werner, 3rd grade teacher at Ferndale, effective June 24, 2014;

POSSIBLE MOTION:    I MOVE TO (ACCEPT/NOT ACCEPT) THE RESIGNATIONS OF LUANNE BAUMANN AND CONNIE WERNER, AS PRESENTED.

Dr. Clark will also present a resignation from Landon Braden, without the 60-day notice required under ORS 342.553, for board consideration.

POSSIBLE MOTION:    I MOVE TO:
(HOLD LANDON BRADEN FOR 60 DAYS OR UNTIL A SUITABLE REPLACEMENT IS HIRED), or   (ACCEPT THE RESIGNATION BUT DIRECT THE SUPERINTENDENT TO NOTIFY TSPC IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORS 342.553 FOR DISCIPLINARY PURPOSES), or
(WAIVE THE 60-DAY NOTICE AND ACCEPT THE RESIGNATION, AS PRESENTED).

Description:  Dr. Clark will make the following recommendations for employment:
1.  Lacy Mendoza, 5th grade teacher at Freewater Elementary, at Step A4, $34,756;
2.  Allison Riegert, 3rd grade teacher at Grove Elementary, at Step C4, $38,381;
3.  Carlos Ruvalcaba, 5th grade teacher at Grove Elementary, at Step A5, $35,365;
4.  Kortnie Walter, 5th grade teacher at Ferndale Elementary, at Step C3, $37,638.

Extra Duty Contract for:
1.            , Head Volleyball Coach at the high school at Step _____;
2. _____,  Assistant Football Coach at the high school at Step _____;
3. _____,  Assistant Girls Soccer Coach at the high school at Step ______.
