8.A.1. Budget Committee Vacancy Gretchen Katko has applied for appointment to the Budget Committee. The vacant position has been advertised in both local newspapers. This committee position is a three year appointment. Gretchen is planning to attend the Board meeting to answer any questions.

8.A.2. Course Fees After reviewing our course fee assessment practices, we are recommending a change in practice which will eliminate fees for regular and elective courses. It will not change the fee structure for activities and services. A draft policy is being offered for review.
