In compliance with Board Policy IGBHA, "Annual evaluation of alternative education programs will be made in accordance with ORS 336.655 and OAR 581-022-1350" the Board will be informed of the programs to be accessible during the 2025-26 school year.

Suggested Motion: "I move the Board to approve the Upper Rogue Center for Educational Opportunities and Learn to Home Oregon to serve as Eagle Point School District 9’s Alternative Education Programs for the 2025-2026 school year."
