Suggested Motion: "I move the Board establish for the 2025-2026 school year that Eagle Point School District 9 will accept any non-resident student who receives a release from their resident district and submits an incoming transfer request, except for students expelled from another district. Furthermore, I move that the Board establish that students who apply to attend a school in another district for the 2025-2026 school year will only be granted consent based on hardship status as defined in Board Policy JECF Interdistrict Transfer of Resident.
