7.B.6. Resolution 21 to Impose and Categorize Taxes for the 2020-2021 Tax Year

Suggested Resolution: “I move that property taxes are imposed for the tax year 2020 - 2021 upon the assessed value of all taxable property within the district at the rate of $4.7170 per $1,000 of assessed value for permanent rate tax and in the amount of $3,600,000 for debt service on general obligation bonds. I further move that the taxes imposed are categorized for purposes of Article XI section 11b as follows: the permanent rate tax of $4.7170 per $1,000 is subject to the Education Limitation and the general obligation bond debt service tax of $3,600,000 is excluded from
the Limitation. |
