Suggested Resolution “I move that the Board approve the Standards for Public Elementary and Secondary Schools 2017-2018 Assurance Form certifying that Eagle Point School District 9 has completed and presented its annual report to the community and is in compliance with and implementing as required, all of the applicable standards as set out in OAR Chapter 581, Division 22, with the exception of standard 581-022-2500 Programs and Services for Talented and Gifted Students. The district's Corrective Action Plan and timeline to achieve and maintain compliance with this standard were approved in December 2018 by Angela Allen from ODE."
