3. EB-Safety Program-This policy was reviewed as part of our Division 22 review and a small language addition was included. It will need to be approved by the Board at the October 15th meeting.

4. KGBB-Weapons Prohibited
The Committee took a first look at this policy recommended to the Board at the May Policy Committee meeting. The Committee wanted more time to review before taking it to the Full Board for approval in July.

5. Artificial Intelligence (AI)-The purpose of this policy is to provide a framework for the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) at MESD to support and enhance teaching, learning, and administrative functions, with a focus on safeguarding privacy and promoting equity.
