3. Review Board Policies with the Equity Lens

3.A. Continue work on Policy GCDA/GDDA-Criminal Records Checks and Fingerprinting. (ORS 342.143)

3.A.1. Discuss with  Equity Director Liwaru about community partners agreement

3.A.2. Assistant Superintendent Perrins and Human Resources Director Woodard share how our component districts feel about the work the committee is doing on this policy.

3.A.3. Review key asks draft language prepared by Director Woodard

3.A.4. Stacy Michaelson to present possible next steps and who we should contact
 

4. Discussion of how to implement goal 2 of the Equity policy in relation to contracts

4.A. Determine next steps for the draft contracting language policy prepared by Don Hicks

4.B. Updates from Assistant Superintendent Perrins regarding information that he gathered from meeting with the seven coordinators within MESD and Facilities Supervisor Rich Wehring about their contracts.
