A "Request for Public Comment Form" has been provided on the table outside the Board Room for anyone wishing to speak to the Budget Committee.  The request form and any speaking notes or handouts are to be submitted prior to the meeting to the Board Secretary.    A spokesperson for a group with a common purpose should be designated.   A time limit of three minutes for oral presentation has been set by the Budget Committee.
