*********************** Board Executive Session *********************** The Multnomah Education Service District Board of Directors will meet in Executive Session on Saturday, August 23, 2008 at 8:30 a.m. at Kennedy McMenamins Library, 5736 NE 33rd Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97211, called in accordance with ORS 192.660(2)(b) to consider the dismissal or discipline of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual, ORS 192.660(2)(d) to consider deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations, and ORS 192.660(2)(e) to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions. ************************ Board Planning Session ************************ Immediately following the Executive Session, the Multnomah Education Service District Board of Directors will meet for their bi-annual Planning Session on Saturday, August 23, 2008, from approximately 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Kennedy McMenamins Library, 5736 NE 33rd Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97211. They will discuss Board Committee assignments, semi-annual Board Self-Assessment, Long Term Planning Process and Budget Planning Paramaters. **************************** Board Meeting **************************** The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 16, 2008 in the Board Room at Multnomah Education Service District, 11611 NE Ainsworth Circle, Portland, Oregon 97220.
