1. Call to Order: 8:00 a.m.

2. This Special Meeting is a retreat for the Board of Directors and Superintendent. Items on the agenda include discussion of working relationships with Board and Superintendent and areas of interest. Oregon School Board's Association will also facilitate a workshop for the Board on the Oregon Data Project and how the Board can use data to drive decisions, allocate resources, improve student performance and close the achievement gap.
