5.B.6. Resolution #3 - Amends the OSBA constitution to allow the OSBA board to select its officers and discontinue the practice of referring a slate of officers to the memberhsip for ratification.

5.B.7. OSBA Resolution #4 - Amends the OSBA constitution to add two OSBA board of director positions to represent the regions of the immediate past president and president, respectively, during their terms in those offices when those officers come from regions that have only one representative.
