3. Action: Hire PT Project Manager
Description:
After several weeks of advertising, the district received one letter of interest for the PT project manager position for the Capital Improvement Projects: the Middle High School Roof and the High School Entrance/Office. The letter of interest was from Ed Taylor. According to board policy, this hiring will need board approval because Mr.Taylor is the Superintendent's husband. Mr. Taylor's resume has been sent to board members as it contains contact information for references.
Recommended Motion(s):
approve the hiring of Ed Taylor as the PT Project Manager for the Capital Improvement Projects happening this summer. This motion, made by {Insert Board Member} and seconded by {Insert Board Member}, {Insert Action Result}.
