3. Action: Vehicle Replacement Purchase
Description:
Facility and Maintenance director Aaron Buller will report on the status of the Ford Explorer and request the use of funds to replace the vehicle. In 2018 the Board had a work session discussing the need for a replacement. Although the Board was amenable to purchasing a vehicle at that time with designated vehicle replacement funds, the Director of Maintenance, Dan Tate, felt the Explorer would last a few more years. The Ford Explorer is now beyond repair and requires replacement.
Recommended Motion(s):
Approve the use of up to $47,000 from the Vehicle Replacement Fund to replace the Ford Explorer with a similar vehicle. This motion, made by {Insert Board Member} and seconded by {Insert Board Member}, {Insert Action Result}.
