Description:
The second reading on revised Policy 8200 Sensitive Materials/Library Policy includes the selection and reconsideration procedures and definition of sensitive materials per HB374. After meeting with several groups and considering feedback, the revised policy will support librarians in selecting high-quality instructional materials in a positive way. It is recommended the Board approve revised Policy 8200 Sensitive Materials/ Library Policy on a second reading.
