2. Consideration of a resolution finding and promulgating the results of the November 2, 2021 special bond election on the question of the issuance of up to $279,000,000 general obligation bonds of the Board and providing for related matters.

3. Approval of Construction Manager General Contractor for New Junior High, Elementary and Roosevelt Elementary Replacement
Description:
The Capital Improvement Committee, Design West Architects and MHTN Architects met to discuss the qualifications each of the CM/GC would provide. A unanimous vote was in favor of Hogan & Associates Construction for the new junior high and the Roosevelt Elementary replacement, and Westland Construction for the new elementary. It is recommenced the Board approve Hogan & Associates Construction and Westland Construction.
