Description:  The committee will discuss going into closed session at Monday's Board meeting to discuss negotiations with the teachers', custodians', and transportation unions, as well as the upcoming superintendent's evaluation.  Full Board action will be necessary to go into closed session.

Description:  The committee will discuss the final 2019-2020 financial audit, which will be presented at the November Board meeting.  This is for discussion only.

E.1. Board of Education Meeting-November 16, 2020

Closed Session 15.267 Closed session; permissible purposes
(a) To consider the dismissal, suspension, or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, or to consider a periodic personnel evaluation of, a public officer, employee, staff member, or individual agent, if the named person requests a closed hearing.  A person requesting a closed hearing may rescind the request at any time, in which case the matter at issue shall be considered after the rescission only in open session. 
(b) To consider the dismissal, suspension, or discipling of a student if the public body is part of a the school district, intermediate school district, or institution of higher education that the student is attending, and if the student or the student's parent or guardian requests a closed session.
(c) For strategy and negotiation sessions connected with the negotiation of a collective bargaining agreement if either negotiating party requests a closed session.

 
E.2. Corunna Public Schools Extended Continuity of Learning Plan (ECLP)
Description: 
  1. Each committee will discuss reaffirming the district’s Extended COVID Learning Plan (ECLP)  and reviewed the components below as required by law for the 2020-2021 school year.

E.3. CARES Funding
Description: 
  1. Each committee will be updated on use of our one-time CRF funds. Items/services shall be invoiced, paid for, and on site by December in order to use these funds. These are grant funds with specific allowances (sanitizing, social distancing, COVID-19-related expenses).

E.6. Picture
Description:  The yearbook staff is asking for individual and a group pictures of the Board.  We will try to do this on the night of the November Board meeting.
