Description:
The committee discussed the new Title IX Regulations. The committee compared the difference between Neola's Title IX policy and Thrun's Title IX policy. The recommendation is to use Thrun's policy. The Thrun policy is being recommended for a first reading. This is for discussion only.

Description:
We will need Board approval to add John Fattal, Dennis Braid and Jennifer Strauch to our 5/3 bank accounts. At this time the only active person on the accounts is Jodi Kingsbury. Once we get Board approval, John, Jennifer, Dennis and Jodi will need to make an appointment to meet at 5/3 together, take in a signed copy of the Board minutes, take off Jodi Kingsbury and add the other 3 as signers on the account. This will have to be done before September 30th, Jodi’s last day. |
