7.B. Teacher Evaluation and Peer Review Process Agreement
Description:
Minnesota law requires school districts to develop a plan to evaluate teachers, to improve instruction, and to increase student learning (Minnesota Statute Section 122A.40). In District 110, plan is called the Professional Growth, Reflection, and Evaluation Plan. Following a two-year review and development process, this plan has been approved through a joint agreement between the Waconia Education Association and District 110.
Assurances:
Recommendation: It is recommended that the ISD110 Board of Education approve the 2021-2025 D110 Professional Growth, Reflection, and Evaluation Plan as presented.
