Description:
A draft version of the Sale Award Resolution is included. The Certificates are being sold via bids received on Monday at 10:00 am. Once those are received, bond counsel should be able to complete the resolution with final numbers and we can have a completed resolution to you by that afternoon that could then take the place of the draft resolution in your Board Materials.
Steve Pumper and Michael Hart will be participating virtually to present the details of the sale.
