8.D. Annual Resolution to Establish Combined Polling Locations for 2018 (Roll Call Vote)
Description:
Legislation passed last year changed the deadline for the resolution and requires a resolution to be passed even if there are no polling place changes. Even if a jurisdiction does not have a scheduled election in 2018 a resolution should be passed to cover any special elections that may occur. The law also now requires that a school district's designated combined polling locations must be a polling place that is used as a regular polling place.
