6.C. Renewal of the District 110 Professional Growth, Reflection and Evaluation Plan
D110 Professional Growth, Reflection, and Evaluation Plan (2017-2020) Minnesota law requires districts to develop a plan to evaluate teachers, to improve instruction, and to increase student learning (Minnesota Statute 122A.40). In District 110, this evaluation plan is called the Professional Growth, Reflection, and Evaluation Plan. A district-wide committee meets on a regular basis to ensure the implementation of this plan, as well as provide positive support to teachers in their professional growth. This has been a great collaborative effort and we are pleased to bring forward the renewed plan for years 2017-2020. This has been prepared for joint agreement between members of the D110 Teacher Evaluation Committee and members of the Waconia Education Association (WEA). Recommendation: Receive and renew the D110 Professional Growth, Reflection, and Evaluation Plan for years 2017-2020.
