5. 807 Health and Safety Policy
Description:
To receive health and safety revenue for any fiscal year, school districts must submit an application to the Commissioner of Education, along with a health and safety budget adopted and confirmed by the school board as being consistent with the school district’s health and safety policy. The provisions of this policy substantially reflect statutory requirements.
