5. Approve the minutes of the Special and Closed Meeting held on May 21, 2026.

6. Consent Agenda.   

6.A. Consider approval of bills as presented in the amount of $4,694,753.52 be authorized; that salaries for the month of June 2026 be authorized; that quick pay for May 2026 in the amount of $1,421,902.36 be approved; and that July 2026 salaries and bills to be quick paid be authorized.

6.B. Accept Principal Reports.

6.C. Accept Administrators' Reports.

6.D. Approve the revised budget for the Cahokia Unit School District #187 for the 2025-2026 school year.

6.E. Approve the FY27 School Improvement Plans for Cahokia High School, Wirth Middle School, Estelle Sauget School of Choice, Huffman Elementary, Penniman Elementary, E. Morris Elementary, Lalumier Elementary, and Maplewood Elementary.

6.F. Re-appoint Derek Filcoff to serve as hearing officer for the student discipline hearings for the 2026-2027 school year.

6.G. Declare 55 Lenovo Desktop Computers and 6 iPads as surplus.

6.H. Authorize administration to enter into a co-managed service agreement with Quality Network Solutions, LLC.

6.I. Authorize administration to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Brightpoint for the 2026-2027 school year.

6.J. Authorize administration to enter into an agreement with Victorious Speech & Language Therapy PLLC. for the 2026-2027 school year.

6.K. Approve the 2026-2027 Cahokia High School Course Guide.

6.L. Adopt Resolution #26-12 to continue the Mississippi Valley Intergovernmental Cooperative Employee Benefits Pool for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029 and authorize Cahokia School District to facilitate payroll for MissVIC Director.

6.M. Adopt Resolution #26-13 to continue the Mississippi Valley Intergovernmental Cooperative Property Casualty Pool for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029 and authorize Cahokia School District to facilitate payroll for MissVIC Director.

6.N. Adopt Resolution #26-14 to appoint the following MissVIC Employee Benefits and/or Property Casualty Pool Board Members:
 

6.O. Adopt Resolution #26-15 accepting payment of $200,000 from the Village of Sauget for school district capital improvements.

6.P. Adopt Resolution #26-16 certifying that the conditions for previously approved hazardous routes continue to exist and that funding on these routes be requested for the 2026-2027 school year.

6.Q. Adopt Resolution #26-17 authorizing the Superintendent to enter into a MOU with the St. Clair County Sheriff's Department for school resource officers.

6.R. Adopt Resolution #26-18 authorizing the non-renewal of a certified teacher, effective at the close of the 2025-2026 school year.
