3. Adopt Official Agenda giving the President discretion to take items out of order or in closed session as needed.

4. Approve the minutes of the Regular and Closed Meeting held on February 9, 2026, and Special Meeting held on March 18, 2026.

5. Consent Agenda.

5.A. Consider approval of bills as presented in the amount of $3,481,092.75 be authorized; that salaries for the month of April 2026 be authorized; that quick pay for March 2026 in the amount of $798,391.45 be approved; and that May 2026 salaries and bills to be quick paid be authorized.

5.B. Accept Principal Reports.

5.C. Accept Administrators' Reports.
|
|
5.D. Approve the District Cardiac Emergency Response Plan (CERP) for all schools.
|

5.E. Approve the final district calendar for the 2025-2026 school year. Last day for students and teachers is Monday, May 28, 2026.

5.F. Amend the district calendar for the 2026-2027 school year. The last day of school will be May 24, 2027.

5.G. Approve the district to apply for all formula grants for FY27 once released. (Title I, Title IIA, Title IV, Preschool for All, Preschool for All Expansion STATE, IDEA, IDEA Preschool, SIG1003a, and others as applicable and available)

5.H. Authorize administration to approve the 2026-2027 Dual Credit Partnership Agreement with Southwestern Illinois College.

5.I. Authorize administration to enter into a pest management program with Rottler Pest Solutions.

5.J. Authorize administration to enter into a payment software system with KEV Group Inc.
|
|
5.K. Approve Intergovernmental Cooperative Agreement with Southwestern Illinois College in regards to the Running Start Program for the 2027-2028 school year.

5.L. Approve Alternative Ed. Center Safe School Program Agreement with the St. Clair County Regional Office of Education for the 2026-2027 school year.

5.M. Authorize administration to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with Metro East Organizing Coalition (MEOC).

5.N. Approve the FY27 Schoolwide Plans for Lalumier, Maplewood, E. Morris, Penniman, Huffman, Estelle Sauget School of Choice, Wirth Middle School and Cahokia High School.

5.W. Adopt Resolution #26-05 authorizing the Board of Education to execute a Separation Agreement with Tiana Montgomery.

5.X. Adopt Resolution #26-06 to reaffirm the partnership between Cahokia School District #187 and the East Side Health District.

5.Y. Adopt Resolution #26-07 for District E-Learning Plan.
|
|
5.Z. Adopt Resolution #26-08 authorizing the non-renewal of a certified teacher, effective at the close of the 2025-26 school year.

6.A. Conduct a Public Hearing concerning the intent of the Board of Education to sell $20,000,000 Working Cash Fund Bonds to increase the District's Working Cash Fund and $35,000,000 Funding Bonds to pay claims against the District.
