7.E. Approve the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) for Trina Logan, teacher, effective October 22, 2024, through December 2, 2024. Ms. Logan will be using her accumulated sick and personal leave days in conjunction with her FMLA. Commencement or termination of this leave may be adjusted.

Consider accepting the hearing officer's recommendation from the discipline hearing held on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, to expel a sixth grade student #26712 for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year. However, the expulsion will be held in abeyance if the student attends and successfully completes the requirements of the Academic Character Development Center (ACDC).

Consider accepting the hearing officer's recommendation from the discipline hearing held on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, to expel a ninth grade Cahokia High School student #20866 for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year, the entire 2025-2026 school year, and the first semester of the 2026-2027 school year.
