1. Call to order and establish a quorum.
Board members will be, or may be attending by videoconference call in compliance with the OMA. 
A meeting of the Board of Trustees of Wolfe City Independent School District will be held Monday, August 31, 2026, at 6:30 pm in the Sidney Wasson Multi-Purpose Center located at 409 S. Houston St., Wolfe City, TX 75496.
The subjects to be discussed or considered, or upon which any formal action may be taken, are listed below. Items do not have to be taken in the order shown on this agenda.
Unless removed from the consent agenda, items identified within the consent agenda will be acted upon at one time.
