V.A. PMA Resolution for Refunding
Resolution authorizing and providing for the issue of not to exceed $2,400,000 General Obligation (Limited Tax) Debt Certificates, Series 2020, of the District for the purpose of altering, repairing, improving and equipping District buildings and refunding certain outstanding debt certificates of the District, and authorizing the sale of the Certificates to the purchaser thereof.
