Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/7(e), this meeting will be conducted by video conference, without the physical presence of a quorum of the members. The head of the public body has determined that an in-person meeting or a meeting conducted under the Open Meetings Act is not practical or prudent because of the ongoing COVID-19 disaster. Members of the public wishing to attend this meeting may attend at the regular meeting location identified above.
Board Policy 2.150 Board Committees - Board Policy Committee researches policy-related issues, and provides information and recommended revisions and new policies, administrative procedures and exhibits to the Board. Committee members include: Board members, Attorney for the District, District-level administrators, and others as needed.
