The District has received and processed the following request for information:

10.B1 Darren Hess, Hudson, IL. Request for Board of Education closed session minutes from November and December of 2017. Request was denied in accordance with Section 7(1)(1) of the Open Meetings Act which exempts from inspection and copying "(m)inutes of the meetings of public bodies closed to the public...until the public body makes the minutes available to the public under Section 2.06 of the Open Meetings Act." The Board of Education has not made public the minutes of the two closed session meetings requested.

10.B2 Jim Tyrrell, Prairie State Wire. Requested and was provided copies of current collective bargaining agreements between McLean County Unit School District 5 and any organized labor collective bargaining unit, and names of all staff members, position title, and collective bargaining group (if any) they fall under.
