Resolution providing for the issue of not to exceed $10,000,000 General Obligation Limited Tax School Bonds of the District for the purposes of increasing the Working Cash Fund of the District and refunding outstanding bonds of the District, providing for the levy of a direct annual tax to pay the principal and interest on said bonds, and authorizing the proposed sale of said bonds to the purchaser thereof.
