II. NEW EARLY CHILDHOOD/COMMUNITY EDUCATION BUILDING NAMING COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS

Description:
Joni Olson, Executive Director of Student Achievement and Strategic Alignment, facilitated the Naming Committee for the new Early Childhood and Community Education building and will provide information about the process utilized. Naming Committee members Dr. William Morgan (local historian) and Julie Midas, Director of Early Childhood Programs, will present the recommended list of names.

III. NEW HIGH SCHOOL UPDATE

Description:
The Architects will be presenting an update on the design for the New High School that will include an overall plan update, with specific design updates to the Physical Education/Activities and to the Performing Arts/Music/Arts areas of the building. They will also present conceptual three dimensional imagery of the building.

Tracy Flynn Bowe, Executive Director of Human Resources, will present proposed Board Policy updates for Section 300, Administration. Included will be proposed updates to existing Board Policies, proposed new Board Policies and policies recommended to be repealed. These are on the agenda for a first reading. Copies are attached. Information on the policy changes and notes is also attached.
