Ms. Schraut’s salary for this assignment will be $17,231.08. Michele Schwinghammer, Kindergarten Teacher (Long Call Substitute), Lincoln Elementary School, effective January 24, 2011 through March 4, 2011 (50% of a full time contract for 30 days). I.C. Agreement with First Choice Food and Beverage Solutions
Description:
The Administration recommends approval of an agreement with First Choice Food and Beverage Solutions regarding the vending of beverages on District properties. A copy of the agreement is attached.

I.D. Change Order #4 - McKinley, Discovery, North, South Remodeling Project
Description:
The Administration recommends approval of Change Order #4 for the above named project with Alliance Building Corporation in the total amount of +$4,280 for the following: at McKinley - changes to walls and flooring requested in bathroom, credit to accept flooring that was installed with the wrong color; at North - HVAC changes, credit for media center flooring; South - HVAC changes.
This project is funded from Operating Capital. |
I.E. Approval for Submission of Grant Applications
Description:
The Administration recommends approval for submission of the following grant applications: 1. “Inside Out Connections” grant application in the amount of $5,000.00 by Roosevelt Early Childhood Family Education to the Initiative Foundation. The purpose of the grant will be identify needs of families impacted by incarceration, build an effective service network around parents, caregivers, and children using current and enhanced agency resources, and improve agencies’ strategies for serving parents, caregivers and children. The coalition requests support for coalition activities to increase community collaboration, awareness and knowledge, improve service strategies, and impact children’s lives as described in the priorities listed in this application. |
