9.c. Presentation, discussion and possible action on the Interlocal agreement for a long-term lease with the City of Edcouch for recreational use purposes such as soccer fields and baseball fields behind the David Ybarra Middle School.

9.d. Presentation, discussion and possible action on allowing the city to expand its city improvement boundary of the existing long-term lease with the City of Edcouch to incorporate youth soccer fields, a pickleball court, new parking and the widening of the walking trail.
