7.b. Discussion and possible action of approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Edcouch-Elsa ISD and the City of Edcouch for the use of the property located behind David Ybarra Middle School at 619 Mile 17 N Rd, Edcouch, for the Detention Pond Project.

7.c. Discussion and possible action of approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Edcouch-Elsa and the City of Edcouch for the use of the parking lot area in the Edcouch Municipal Park for the installation of a bus shelter.

7.d. Discussion and possible action to approve the Class Size Waiver 2024-2025
