7. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS:

7.a. Consider and Approve the student's out-of-state trip to Lincoln, Alabama to compete in the Greenpower USA at Talladega Superspeedway Goblin and F24 National Championship Races and consider funding support. Students from JFK, RCR, LBJ, SGE elementary schools, David Ybarra Fine Arts Academy, Carlos F. Truan Middle School, and Edcouch-Elsa High School will be participating.

7.b. Discussion and Action to update EEISD Policy DGBA (LOCAL) Personnel-Management Relations: Employee Complaints/Grievances for Level I, Level II, and Level III.

8. CLOSED SESSION: The superintendent requests that the Board of Trustees convene in closed meeting as authorized by the provisions of the Open Meeting Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. This executive session is in accordance with the Texas Government Code Section: |
