4. CONSENT AGENDA ITEM:

4.a. Approval for Alberto Trevino to attend the TPW Archery Coaching Conference from June 12-13, 2023 in Athens, Texas.

4.b. Approval of change of name of position from School Safety and Security Coordinator to School Safety and Security Director.
|
5. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS:

5.a. Approval to Set the Date, Time and Place for a Public Meeting to Discuss the 2023-2024 Budget and 2023 Proposed Tax Rate

5.b. Discussion and action to authorize the Interim Superintendent of Schools to hire certified teachers during June, July, and August.

6. CLOSED SESSION: The superintendent requests that the Board of Trustees convene in closed meeting as authorized by the provisions of the Open Meeting Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. This executive session is in accordance with the Texas Government Code Section:

6.a. 551.074 for the purpose of discussing personnel, considering appointment, employment, resignation, retirement, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.

6.a.1. Discussion of Superintendent's recommendations for: probationary contracts for 2023-2024 school year.

6.a.2. Additional summer school personnel.
