1. Call meeting to order, roll call, establishment of a quorum and Pledge of Allegiance.

2. Invocation.

3. OPEN FORUM:  Comments from the public. Citizen Communications: (Limit of 3 minutes per speaker/group) Public Audience: Public comments for   this meeting will be held as follows: Members of the public, if you wish to comment before the Board, you must email comments@eeisd.org by 6:30 p.m. on June 22, 2022 to give your name and topic you wish to comment on.   Individuals must send in their comments or questions to the body of the email.

4. CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS:

4.a. Approval of Budget Amendments.

4.b. Approval of Low Attendance Waiver

4.c. Approval for Gloria Trevino, EEHS Volleyball Coach & Rosalva Borrego, Volleyball Assistant to attend THSCA Coaching School and Convention in  San Antonio, Texas July 16-19, 2022.

5. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS:

5.a. Discussion and possible action to approve the 2022-2023 Edcouch-Elsa ISD Compensation Plan

5.b. Discussion and possible action to approve the 2022-2023 EEISD Budget

5.c. Discussion and possible Action to award RFP#2022-007 Group Health Insurance

6. CLOSED SESSION: The superintendent requests that the Board of Trustees convene in closed meeting as authorized by the provisions of the Open Meeting Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.  This executive session is in accordance with the Texas Government Code Section:

6.a. 551.074 for the purpose of discussing personnel, considering appointment, employment, resignation, retirement, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.

6.b. Consultation with legal counsel regarding a.)  pending or contemplated litigation b.)  settlement offer; or c.)  matter in which the duty of the attorney to Edcouch-Elsa Independent School District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code (TX.Gov't. Code 551.071)

6.c. Discussion on Superintendent's contract.
