     must email comments@eeisd.org by 5:30 p.m. on August 19, 2020
     to give your name and topic you wish to comment on.  Individuals must
     send in their comment or question in the body of the email.

4. PRESENTATION AND DISCUSSION:

4.a. The purpose of this public meeting is to discuss the proposed EEISD
     Budget for 2020-2021 that will determine the tax rate that will be
     adopted.  Public participation in the discussion is invited.
