     calendar.

5.b. Discussion and possible action to request from the
     TEA the additional four week remote learning extension.

5.c. Discussion and possible action on ESports organization.

5.d. Discussion and possible action to approve the purchase of
     temperature scanners for campuses and departments
     district-wide.

5.e. Presentation, discussion and possible action to select a
     Cooperative Vendor for the purchase and installation
     of playground equipment at the elementary schools.

5.f. Presentation, discussion and possible action to select a Cooperative
     Vendor for the purchase and installation of Protection Screens/Shields
     for classrooms district-wide.

6.a. 551.074 for the purpose of discussing personnel, considering appointment,
employment, resignation,retirement, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline,
or dismissal of a public officer or employee:

6.b. Consultation with legal counsel regarding a.) pending or contemplated
litigation b.) settlement offer; or c.) a matter in which the duty of the
attorney to Edcouch-Elsa Independent School District under the Texas
Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas
clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code
(TX. Gov't Code 551.071).
