5.1. Thank you to the following businesses for their generous donations/sponsorships to our district:

1. City National Bank (Joe Harwell) for sponsoring our New Staff Orientation Luncheon.
2. Koe Wetzel for donating money to our athletics program & our students' needs.
3. Pilgrim's Pride Corporation for providing lunch for our entire district during Inservice.
4. Whataburger for sponsoring our Convocation Breakfast.
5. Rotary Club & Pittsburg Community for donating all the door prizes at Convocation.
6. New Beginnings & Grace Plantations (Justin & Meghan Bennett) for providing Donuts district WIDE as a welcome back!

8.1. Deliberation and possible approval of the proposals for the Pittsburg ISD Vehicle Maintenance Building as presented by Charlie Price.

8.2. Deliberation and possible approval to review the Bond Sale Results and Adopt the Order Authorizing the Issuance of the Bonds as presented by Ryan Whitt.

8.3. Approve: Property & Workers' Compensation Insurance for the 2024-2025 school year, as presented by Kirk Henderson.

• Koe Wetzel-$5,000 to the athletics program & $10,000 for students' needs district wide.
