5.A. The Board of Education will entertain a motion to convene in closed session, pursuant to
§19.85(1)(a), (f), and (g) and §118.125, Wis. Stats., to discuss pending or imminent litigation with legal counsel. The Board will remain in closed session following the meeting with counsel to conduct pupil expulsion hearings. The Board of Education will remain in closed session pursuant to §19.85(1)(a), and §118.125, Wis. Stats., to deliberate concerning the pupil expulsion hearings. The Board will take action in closed session. |
