Description:
The following have been submitted for approval:
Item 1: December 19, 2022, Regular Board of Education meeting minutes Item 2: Bills submitted for payment Item 3: Pursuant to Board Policy which references Wisconsin Statutes Sections 111, 118, 121, all employees who require Wisconsin state certification shall be recommended by the superintendent to the Board of Education for approval. All recommendations presented at this time are pursuant to approved Board policies and accompanying administrative procedures. Recommended Action: Approve minutes, bills, and employment as presented. |

Description:
Interviews took place in December and administration is recommending the Board approve Lynette Edwards as the new Director of Finance and Facilities.

6.C. Consideration and/or Action to approve January 9, 2023 Educational Program Committee recommendations
Description:
The Educational Program Committee met on January 9, 2023, to approve the memo to establish seats for open enrollment, to approve the district's notice of educational options, to review the 2021-22 district report cards, and finally to review the WASB resolutions.
Recommended Action: 1. Approve the memo to establish seats for Open Enrollment. 2. Approve the District's Notice of Educational Options. |

6.D. Consideration and/or Action to approve January 16, 2023, Personnel Committee recommendations
Description:
The Personnel Committee met on January 16, 2023, to hear the 2022-23 school year calendar update, to hear a staffing update, to review the Director of Academic Services job description, to review School Board Policy 130 - Board Responsibilities and Legal Status, and to review School Board Policy 251-Exhibit. The committee also went into closed session to approve the 2023-24 bargaining goals and the continuing employment letters to administrators.
Recommended Action: 1. Approve the revised Director of Academic Services Job Description. 2. Approve the first reading of revised School Board Policy 130 - Board Responsibilities and Legal Status. 3. Approve the revised School Board Policy 251-Exhibit. |

The Finance and Facilities Committee met on January 16, 2023, and went into closed session to discuss the district bond financing options and contracts related to the future potential referendum process.

Description:

6.J. Acknowledge for the record the actions taken in regard to the 2023 Spring School Board Election
Description:
Pursuant to Wisconsin statutes, the school district clerk must verify/certify school board candidates, designate the names as they are to appear on the ballot, determine the need for a primary, supervise drawing and names for placement on the ballot, and notify municipal clerks for the spring school board election.
Recommended Action: Acknowledge for the record the actions taken in regard to the 2023 Spring School Board Election.

Request for an anticipated Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute Section 19.85 (1)(c)(e) for the purpose of discussing the district bond financing options and contracts related to the future potential referendum process and for approving 2023-24 bargaining goals and continuing employment letters for administrators.
