3. 2020-21 certified staff update
Description:  Background: The committee will discuss the recruitment, selection, and hiring timeline for 2020-21 certified staff openings. Potential additional staffing needs associated with returning to school in the fall will be discussed. Recommended Action: None, informational only.
4. Approve updated work safety guidelines and expectations for employees
Description:  Background: As of July 6, all 12-month employees have returned to work on-site.  Any employee currently working has agreed to follow the return to work guidelines established on 4-30-20.  The administrative team will discuss the proposed Work Safety and Expectation update.
Recommended Action: Approve the Work Safety Guidelines and Expectations.
5. Summary of employee wellness resources
Description:  Background: In conjunction with other Human Resources communications, monthly wellness resources will be shared with employees.  The July edition will be shared.
Recommended Action: None, information only.
6. Discussion related to 2020-21 fall co-curricular contracts
Description:  Background: The administrative team will recommend stipulations for co-curricular contracts in the case of full or partial cancellations of the activity.
Recommended Action: None, informational only.
7. Determine Potential Future Agenda Items
Description:  Background:  Discussion regarding potential future agenda items to be included on upcoming meeting agendas.  
Recommended Action: Determine future agenda items as needed.
8. Recommend Next Personnel Committee Meeting Date
Description:  Suggestion:  Monday, August 10, 2020 at 6:00 PM in the District Office Conference Room, 852 E Division Street.
