Description:
At this time, the Board of Trustees will hear from members of the public who wish to speak. Speakers will have three minutes to address the Board. For clarification purposes, the open public forum is not a dispute resolution forum. Speakers may address the Board on any issue. However, due to posting requirements of the Open Meetings Act, the Board is prohibited from responding to a presentation that is not directly related to a posted agnea item.

Description:
Audience members, please be advised that the entire Board Information packet is posted on the Flour Bluff ISD website under the link “Board of Trustees.” It can be accessed with any device with web access capabilities. This meeting will be live-streamed and recorded to be accessed via Flour Bluff ISD YouTube Channel.
The packet is developed by the Superintendent and staff to provide information on the agenda items for the Board. |

Description:
It is the recommendation of the administration that the Board of Trustees approve the property, liability, windstorm, flood and fleet program insurance for a premium of $3,380,807 as presented.

Description:

5.D. APPROVAL TO AWARD REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE HVAC PACKAGED ROOFTOP REPLACEMENT UNITS PURCHASE AT THE EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER
Description:
It is the recommendation of the administration and the engineer that the Board of Trustees approve the attached two (2) proposals; Perry Mechanical Systems (Lennox) purchase for a cost of $14,555.00 including the Base Proposal and Additive Alternate No. 1 for one (1) RTU and Texas AirSystems (AAON) for a cost of $498,390.00 for the base proposal only for nine (9) RTU's through TIPS purchasing cooperative, for a grand total of $512,945.00.
