Description:
At this time, the Board of Trustees will hear from members of the public who wish to speak. Speakers will have three minutes to address the Board. For clarification purposes, the open public forum is not a dispute resolution forum. Speakers may address the Board on any issue; however, due to posting requirements of the Open Meetings Act, the Board is prohibited from responding to a presentation that is not directly related to a posted agenda item.

Description:
Audience members please be advised that the entire Board informational packet is posted on the Flour Bluff ISD website under the link “Board of Trustees.” It can be accessed with any device with web access capabilities. The packet is developed by the Superintendent and staff to provide information on the agenda items for the Board. If you would like to access this information but do not have a device with you, the District has IPAD’s available for check out at the back of the room.

Description:

Description:
It is the recommendation of the Administration that the Board of Trustees acknowledge receipt of the report of the Superintendent with respect to transfers, resignations and retirements, and accept the Superintendent's recommendation to approve the hiring of personnel, restructuring of staff, miscellaneous requests, proposed renewal of teacher probationary contracts for 2019-2020 and proposed renewal of teacher term contracts for 2019-2020 as set forth in the transmittal to the Board for this meeting.
